Ivy Rhode accepts returns within 14 days from when the item has been delivered. All items must be completely brand new, unworn, and free of scents and in all original packaging. Ivy Rhode reserves the right to deny returns if the item is no longer in brand new condition. Items that have been personalized are non-refundable.
Returns take 5-10 business days from when the parcel is received to our warehouse to be processed. Returns are free within the USA & Canada, and $30 from all other countries which will be deducted from your return.
